Gourmet Paprika was established in 1994 and has 12 hectares of land built with modern glasshouse structures. The capsicums grown at these sites are available in four colours: Red, Yellow, Orange and Green.
One of our goals is to minimise our use of sprays and chemicals on our produce. We aim to use natural predators wherever and whenever possible.
At Gourmet Paprika we propagate the seed and carefully grow the plant. The growers invest time and effort into making the produce to the NZ Gourmet’s quality standard. Right from the seed to the final packaging, we take great pride in the processes required.
