Celeriac is part of the celery family but is cultivated for its bulb-like root and has a similar taste to celery. When in season, our celeriac is harvested for both our local and international customers.
Where it is grown
Celeriac is grown at our farm in Hastings, Hawkes Bay. This vegetable has only a limited supply from the months of May to September.
