Our chillies are available for the majority of the year. These crops are generally for the local market with a portion going to our export market. Having a glasshouse environment helps us produce a sweeter chilli with a subtle kick.
Where it is grown
Chillies which are grown in glasshouses are located at Gourmet Paprika Ltd (Waimauku, North West of Auckland) and Gourmet Waiuku Ltd (South West Auckland).
